Please inspect your Percpetion Neuron Suit. In some cases the NEURON SOCKETS may have a few particle materials that can be obstructing the connections. DO NOT blow with your mouth, as this may be cause unwanted humidity inside of the connection that can lead to long term issues. Please use other forms like compressed air can, or a computer vacuum blower.
In order to troubleshoot your issue we recommend to test straps individually, this will isolate the issue much better.
*In a case which a trouble has been found with one of the sockets of the UPPER BODY STRAP, you will find 4 testing points
EXAMPLE: (RIGHT FOOT NOT DETECTED in AXIS NEURON)
Connect for example the RIGHT FOOT onto the HUB directly, with a PN SENSOR.
Navigate to TOOLS> UPGRADE
In the equipment list select your HUB
Once Your hub is detected by the UPGRADE window you will see a few devices attached. Please confirm whether or not you have a green light for the RIGHT FOOT.
Please perform same steps for the remainder of the parts that are causing issues.
When sensors are correctly placed on the sockets you should see the LED on the sensor in BREATHING MODE. If the LED on the PN SENSOR is flashing, this indicates the sensor either has a curropt firmware or needs to reinserted again for proper connection.
